The next-generation press machine for powder supply and compression molding of powdered cosmetics uses a servo motor in its compression molding mechanism.
■Features of the Device - With a compact machine size and fewer attachments for holders, it reduces mold change time. - Using an optional parts feeder allows for unmanned production. All processes that affect product quality can be controlled via a touch panel, allowing for condition selection, numerical input, and the ability to save and retrieve conditions. - The filling mechanism uses a servo motor, enabling pressurized filling (back) and volumetric filling (front) with a single pump. - The pressing mechanism uses a servo motor to control the positioning of the vacuum pad at high speed up to a certain point, then switches to torque control for pressing. - For preliminary pressing of front-filled products, a special vacuum pad is used to shape without contaminating the intermediate plate. (Patent pending) - The safety-enhanced explosion-proof specification increases the internal pressure within the control panel to prevent the entry of flammable gases. - It monitors air pressure and cuts off the power supply if the air pressure drops.
